The Venue at Flat Rock is a charming rental space situated within the St. John Neumann Church complex in Powhatan, Virginia. Our location offers convenient proximity to Midlothian, Goochland, Amelia, and Chesterfield. If you're looking for accommodations, you'll find a variety of bed and breakfast options in Powhatan, as well as several hotels in Chesterfield.

Our rental facility includes a spacious  reception hall  along with a stunning private outdoor area. Our outdoor space includes a gazebo, vibrant gardens, and enchanting paths that lead to various seating areas. It offers a picturesque setting for events and gatherings.

The reception hall has a maximum seating capacity of 150 guests and features a permanent dance floor, elegant chandeliers, 20 five-foot round tables, and 150 banquet chairs. Additionally, we provide eight & six foot rectangular tables.

In addition to the mentioned features, we  offer dressing rooms, a well-equipped warming kitchen, and a 20 x 30 room that can be used for a bar setup or buffet arrangement. We also provide clean and comfortable restrooms for your guests' convenience. Rest assured, we offer ample free parking on-site to accommodate all attendees. To ensure a safe and secure event, we also provide reliable security measures.

Presently, we are in the process of enhancing our premises, including the addition of a brand-new garden.

We are actively renovating our venue and implementing numerous improvements.
