Welcome to the Venue at Flat Rock !

We are conveniently located in the Flat Rock area at St. John Neumann Church  in Powhatan, Va.   just minutes from 288 and the Rt. 60 intersection in Chesterfield, Va.

 The venue is surrounded by trees and resides at  the end of  a long well landscaped drive.  The rental facility  is a separate rental of St John Neumann Church with its own entrance.

The  Reception hall seats up to 150 for sit down dining and 200 for standing cocktail events.

 

 The  atmosphere is  relaxed, and welcoming!   Your event /wedding is very special to us and  we will be there to help and advise you from your  booking date to your event day!

The room  features a 20 x 20  permanent dance floor, lighting and temperature control, handicapped accessibility, round and rectangle tables, banquet chairs, tasteful wall decor, chandeliers and convenient, easy access to the outdoor ceremony site.

The outdoor area features a gazebo surrounded by stately trees and lovely flower gardens making it a great space to exchange your vows.
