All the packages include, round tables, banquet chairs, room set up(tables and chairs), facility cleanup, Onsite coordinator, security, large lighted parking, Kitchen use, caterer of choice. Abc is allowed with an Abc license

The indoor space is tastefully decorated and  ideally suited for both  formal and informal Wedding Receptions, your daughters Quinceanera, Birthday's, Anniversaries and Special Events!  ​

The Reception hall is  a 45 x 55 square foot space that will  seat up to 150 max, 120 is best for comfort. The space is  attractive, with plenty of  natural light.  It  is  furnished with round tables and banquet chairs also available are rectangle and pub tables.

 

 Other features includes a cathedral ceiling, 20 x 20 dance floor, dimmable chandeliers, carpeted floor, climate control and handicapped accessibility.

 Also included in  the rental is a 20 x 30 room perfect for  your food, bar and  beverage set up or for your photo booth and large decorative displays.   This  is a smart alternative for your caterer rather than  having the buffet take up a lot of space in the  reception hall .

We offer a fully equipped warming kitchen to be used for warming food that has been cooked off site.  Kitchen amenities include  ice maker, large commercial refrigerator, over sized commercial sink, ovens, coffee and tea makers.
